Our Story

About Us

Oldskool began as a food truck on the streets of Brampton, founded by Arpan Rekhi to serve the kind of Indian food people actually grew up on. Word spread fast, lineups grew, and what started as a small operation built a following one plate at a time.

Food at Oldskool

Our Journey

That food truck became Oldskool Kitchen & Bar. The menu grew with it, from Amritsari kulcha and fish pakoda to Delhi wala butter chicken, laal maas, tandoori momos, Hakka noodles and playful takes like deconstructed dahi golgappe. A full bar, live music and a private party space came next, turning a quick bite into a whole evening.

Our Promise

The recipes still come from the same place they always did. What's changed is the setting: bigger kitchen, better plating, cold cocktails and a room that stays open late for whoever's still hungry.
